Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent guest service skills.

Duties:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with night audit procedures if required
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles preferred
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Understanding of guest relations and the importance of creating a positive guest experience
- A degree or certification in Hospitality or Hotel Management is advantageous

Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour
