Position- FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR/ (Assistant General Manager) - Full Time

Job Description:

• Assist the General Manager in day to day operations
• Conduct interviews for front office staffing
• Create a motivated team with desire to learn, do their best and advance
• Assign and document required training for all front desk agents
• Ensure brand standards and requirements are in line at the front desk
• First point of contact for the front desk team
• Work desk shifts
• Follow the standards for guest recovery
• Handle and resolve guest relations
• Handle accounts receivables
• Front office scheduling
• Front office and Sundry Shop inventory control
• Handle other services as needed by the General Manager

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of hotel supervisor/manager experience
• 1 years OPERA experience preferred
• Must be flexible with schedule and available on weekends
• Ability to work independently, without supervision
