Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
-Keep public areas looking neat, clean and tidy
- Operate the hotel phone system and direct calls to the appropriate department or individual

-Process change of business day

Requirements:
- Previous experience in Hotels and Opera preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
