- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems
- Fabricate components as needed
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and carpentry
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

```Requirements```
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair work
- Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Experience in facilities maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and carpentry
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
