SUMMARY : Responsible for the overall success of the hotel, meeting or exceeding planned objectives for revenue and profit, and ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met. Provide special emphasis on leadership, team building, product quality, revenue, service levels, scheduling, optimum staffing, training department staff, cost control of supplies, meeting payroll standards in relation to occupancy, inventory control and cleanliness. Must ensure all safety standards are met. Manages all areas of the hotel and in accordance with brand standards and corporate standards to achieve a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality. Provides exemplary performance for staff to follow.

• Minimum three years’ experience as an Assistant General Manager or Senior Department Head of a hotel. Prefer experience as a General Manager for a minimum of three years.
• Must have knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Products.
• Knowledge of all phases of hotel operations, budget, accounting, and sales procedures.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts and solve practical problems.
• Ability to lead people and get results through others.
• Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills as well as interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Must have effective leadership skills along with team building abilities and result oriented individual.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
