Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maximizing revenue.

Duties:

- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service
- Manage hotel budgeting and financial planning
- Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Implement revenue management strategies to optimize profitability

Requirements:

- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and human resources skills
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of phone systems and front desk operations
- Ability to provide exceptional guest services

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
