The Front Desk Manager is responsible for leading a team that provides exceptional service to our guests while meeting and maintaining all hotel brand standards. Responsible for creating/maintaining schedules for all areas of Front Desk operations. Oversees the recruiting, on boarding, training of all front desk employees; including the coaching, counseling and disciplining all the shift employees as needed. Responsible for maintaining a fun and engaging operation where individual personalities can excel and our guests can be welcomed with ridiculously unique personal experiences.
