Holiday Inn Express South Burlington is seeking an engaging, friendly, detail orientated Breakfast Attendant for morning shifts. This individual will provide extraordinary service while creating memorable experiences to our guests. The hours for this position are roughly 5:30 AM to 12 PM on weekdays and 6 AM 1pm on weekends.

Job Description:

-Responsible to deliver prompt, friendly, courteous service to Guests, making them feel at home in our newly renovated breakfast area.

-Prepares and displays food for guest

-Clears, cleans and resets tables and surrounding areas.

-Replenishes supply of all Service ware and other utensils in dining area.

-Stocks all food items on Breakfast Bar.

-Replenishes coffee urns, milk and juice dispensers as needed.

-Cleans and polishes equipment such as coffee urns, juice and milk dispenser, high chairs, booster seats and sneeze guards.

-Cleans kitchen area to include, emptying trash, wiping down tables and counters, sweeping and mopping breakfast area. Restock all areas for next day.

-Adhere to appearance, attendance and punctuality expectations and standards as communicated verbally and/or written

-All other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor.

Position Requirements:

-Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.

-Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 40 pounds without assistance

-Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stopping
