As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, checking guests out, and processing payments according to the hotel's policy in the hotel's practice of providing an exceptional guest experience. You will also assist in keeping the public areas clean. See more details below:
- Greet guests with a smile and assist with registration and check-in process, or check-out process following hotel procedures.
- Review arrivals list daily and and ensure that key packets are prepared ahead of guests arrivals.
- Focus on personal recognition of guests as they arrive.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests or issues in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.
- Communicate to maintenance housekeeping and other departments as guests' needs change or issues arrive that need resolved.
- Answer the telephone within 3 rings with a smile on your face and answer any questions, or transfer the call as needed.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of hotel information including room types, room rates, promotions, the local area and things to do so you can answer guest questions and inquiries.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
