Position: Night Auditor
Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Pay: $12-14 per hour
Location: Holiday Inn Express Mall South 3112 S Clack st
Description:
Holiday Inn Express is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our financial records and providing excellent customer service during the overnight shift.
Training Schedule:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Training will be provided during day and evening shifts. Upon successful completion of training, you will transition to the night shift.
Responsibilities:
Perform nightly audits of hotel financials.
Prepare and balance daily financial reports.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues.
Ensure the security and safety of the hotel during the night.
Perform any other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently during night hours.
Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
Prior hotel experience is a plus but not required.
