Do you have a knack for cleaning and a passion for customer service? We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendants who will help keep our hotel facilities sparkling clean, inviting, and comfortable. Position Responsibilities:

• Cleaning – Tidyand clean hotel guest rooms in accordance with our cleanliness standards and within established timelines. This includes vacuuming, dusting, changing bedding, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking towels and supplies.
• Customer Service – Provide exceptional customer service to our guests with a friendly and helpful attitude. Respond to guest requests in a professional and efficient manner.
• Organized Approach – Create and follow daily task lists and keep accurate records of completed/cleaned rooms.
• Communication – Report shortages, items that need repair, or security issues promptly.
• Safety First – Complywith health and safety regulations, and follow company policies and licensing laws.
