Holiday Inn Oceanfront is Hiring a Second Shift Front Desk Agent (4p - 12 Midnight) Near Ocean, MD

The Holiday Inn Oceanfront on 67th street is currently hiring night time front desk agents(4pm - 12 midnight). We are a busy 216 room hotel and conference center. Must be able to work nights and weekends. A front desk agent represents the first point of contact with guests and handles all stages of a guests stay. A typical day as a hotel front desk agent, involves registering/booking guests in and out of their rooms, while accommodating any special requests and giving recommendations of things to do. During check-in, a front desk agent will verify a guest method of payment and ensure all details of the guest registration are accurate. Front desk agents will also try to upsell guest rooms, by sharing available alternatives and options. Customer service and satisfaction is our goal, so finding ways to say yes more then no is so important. At check out, you would ensure accuracy of the billing and complete the guest stay and experience with our hotel. This is an entry level position with the Harrison Group and Holiday Inn with many opportunities for future advancement and growth in time.
