Job Summary:
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Manage phone systems, including answering and directing calls
- Address guest complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations is preferred
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems
