Job Title: Executive Housekeeper
Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Executive Housekeeper to take charge of our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in floor care, housekeeping management, industrial cleaning, and custodial services within the hotel or hospitality industry. As the Executive Housekeeper, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities to provide a welcoming environment for our guests.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff to uphold cleanliness standards
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for efficient operations
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments to promptly address guest needs and requests
- Procure cleaning supplies and equipment as necessary to support daily operations
- Provide training to new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Address guest complaints or special requests related to housekeeping services
Skills:
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality sector
- Proficiency in floor care, industrial cleaning, and custodial services
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Certification in housekeeping or related field is advantageous
