Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Assistance & Sales : Greet customers, handle transactions, assist with product questions, and promote sales.
- Upselling & Cross-selling : Promote ongoing sales, special offers, and customer loyalty programs like Club Holiday and Car Wash Subscriptions.
- Inventory & Merchandising : Restock shelves, maintain product displays, and participate in promotional setups.
- Store Maintenance : Keep the store clean, organized, and safe for customers.
- Cash Handling : Process transactions accurately, balance registers, and follow proper cash management protocols.
- Team Collaboration : Work with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations.
- Must be able to speak and understand English; bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Basic math and computer skills are required.
- Ability to handle cash and electronic transactions efficiently.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Comfortable working in various environments (e.g., outdoors in cold or heat, indoor coolers).
- Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75 lbs) daily.
- Comfortable working in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
