Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Post job openings, manage talent pools, and assist with the review and disposition of resumes.
• Candidate Interaction: Help applicants through the application and onboarding processes, as well as coordinate background checks.
• Onboarding Coordination: Ensure new hires complete all required paperwork and are properly onboarded.
• HR Data Management: Use spreadsheets and HR systems to create reports that support strategic HR goals.
• Administrative Duties: Answering phone calls and setting up team meetings and events.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong Communication Skills: Both verbal and written, with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent Organizational Abilities: Detail-oriented with great time management skills.
• Customer Service Focused: Providing top-notch support to our applicants and new hires.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS/HCM systems is a plus.
• Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of related experience, or a related degree.
  • SHRM-CP or SPHR certification is a plus.
