Description

 We’re looking for personable, hard-working individuals to assist with the set-up and tear down of our new Holidays In The Sky drone show this summer. 
How You’ll Make a Difference

• Punctual and On-Time for Scheduled Shifts
• Unload crates from a trailer in the correct order, prior to the show
• Load charged batteries into drones while in their crates
• Place drones in the predetermined layout as defined in training
• Inspect drones during the placement process as instructed during training
• Plug in drones
• Be responsive to the pilot’s needs (such as rebooting a drone, etc.)
• Observe takeoff, show, and landing; watch for anomalies and communicate anything out of the ordinary to the pilot (such as a drone out of position or incorrect launch time, etc.)
• Pack up drones in the correct order after the show
• Set aside any problem drones that need attention
• Load drone crates back into the trailer after the shows conclude

Requirements

• Team members must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to work at least 4 hours a day; afternoons & evenings only
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs. and withstand bending while placing drones
• Must be able to work outdoors, in all types of weather
• Must complete required training prior to the show opening date
• Must be able to communicate clearly
• Ability to listen for direction from the drone pilot
• Must be able to work as a team 
• Must be detail-oriented; must be able to pay close attention during drone inspections and while observing shows
