Position SummaryPerform accounting and clerical functions to support project staff and subcontractors.
Duties And Responsibilities
Duties And Responsibilities
- Accounts payable processing
- Job cost verification
- Subcontractor compliance administration
- Subcontractor/Vendor communication
- Coordination/Communication with project staff
- Construction accounting experience required (Minimum 3 years) Sage Timberline experience a major plus
- Experience with Accounts Payable/Receivable and Job Cost
- Must be motivated self-starter and work independently
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with internal and external contacts
- Excellent accounting problem solving skills, analytical personality.
- Attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet all deadlines in monthly accounting process
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in performing duties
- Honest and trustworthy
- Flexibility and willingness to help
- Demonstrates sound work ethics
- Timberline Sage Accounting software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
