General DescriptionThe Human Resources Systems Junior Analyst will assist in the development, maintenance and support of the Firm’s HR-related applications and our customer facing needs. The role is key to our ability to understand issues and improve system processes, workflows and reporting that impact the user’s experience. The individual will assist in the design, documentation and testing of the data architecture within HR systems. This position will work closely with all members of the systems team and report to the Operations Center in Brandon, FL.
Key Responsibilities And Essential Job Functions
  • Manage, troubleshoot and identify trends from resolving ServiceNow tickets reported to HR by end users.
  • Participate with the systems team in the review, design, enhancement and testing of existing and new business needs.
  • Assist the systems team with reconciliations and audits of HR data to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist with the bi-annual Workday releases and other system releases, including determining business impact, regression testing, and configuration and launch of new product features.
  • Respond as needed to ad hoc requests for data and reports and produce and disseminate scheduled reports as requested.
  • Work with the systems team to identify opportunities to improve business processes and data workflows within Workday and with integrations to other H&K and third-party systems.
  • Special project and duties as assigned.
Required Skills
  • Ability to manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of Help Desk Ticketing systems; Service Now preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and follow through when resolving issues.
  • Self-motivated; able to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Strong time management, organizational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity; ability to exercise appropriate judgment.
  • Comfort with and demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes.
Required Qualifications & Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in information systems, computer science, human resources management, or business administration.
  • 1-3 years of Workday HRIS required.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of HRIS functional areas or interest in learning.
  • Excel experience preferred.
  • Strong data analysis and audit experience preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Moderate or advanced keyboard usage
