Holley Inc. is Hiring a Senior Benefits Specialist Near Bowling Green, KY

Senior Benefits AnalystResponsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefits programs and policies that support the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Administer and maintain all aspects of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on benefits-related matters, providing guidance and support to HR team members, managers, and employees.
  • Conduct regular audits and analyses of benefits data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Finance, Legal, and IT, to ensure benefits programs align with organizational policies and systems.
  • Manage relationships with benefits vendors, including negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and evaluating vendor performance.
  • Lead the annual benefits renewal process, including plan design changes, cost analysis, and communication to employees.
  • Provide training and education to employees on benefits programs, enrollment processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to benefits-related inquiries and escalations from employees, providing timely and accurate information and resolutions.
  • Stay current on industry trends, legislation, and best practices in benefits administration, making recommendations for program enhancements and improvements.
  • Support special projects and initiatives related to benefits, such as mergers and acquisitions, system implementations, and process improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in benefits administration or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness offerings.
  • Proficiency in benefits administration software and HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, managers, and external vendors.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Experience with project management and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Certification such as Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred
