This is a part-time on-site role as a Growth and Engagement Director at Hollingsworth Financial located in Ellicott City, MD. As the Growth and Engagement Director, you’re responsible for introducing clients to our firm through various channels, such as social media and email.
Specific Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Creating social media content on Canva
- Posting content via Sprinklr
- Contacting perspective clients
- Scheduling meetings
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate with clients and corporate contacts in a polite and professional manner
- Proven ability to build lasting client relationships, internal partnerships and excel at client service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong computer, data entry, and keyboarding skills
- Ability to maintain a high degree of client confidentiality
