Hollomon Insurance Agency is now hiring several positions in order to keep up with the expanding Florida insurance markets. Here are the positions that we are currently hiring for:

• SALES REPRESENTATIVE
• CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
• FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

All positions are Full-Time from 9am-5pm (M-F). We offer a competitive base salary, and a large bonus structure - which are based off of the "teams" performance, not individual. If you have a 440 (customer service representative) License or if you have a 220 (property & casualty) License -- Great -- If you do not have an insurance license(s), but you have a driven affable personality, along with a strong work ethic, we are willing to train you here at the office & you can obtain either license during that time. One or both would be great, but the latter is what's most important to us.

We offer a competitive base salary for these positions, which are all determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, and licenses. And if you're tired of working under a corporate structure & would prefer to work for a family-owned local business that has been in this industry for over 4-decades, than this is the place for you.

And Qualifications are pretty simple. We love outgoing individuals with large personalities, along with great communication skills & the ability to Multi-Task. Familiarity with online websites & systems like Microsoft (word, excel) and Google (docs, forms, sheets) are also a plus. In general, all positions will be doing a lot of the same work, but there are also specific work details that are individualized to each position. Here are some of those specifics:

-- SALES REPRESENTATIVE --

This position is for writing and servicing new insurance policies/products. You will be meeting & communicating with customers each day. Reviewing different products, properties, and personal requests. Quoting & Issuing new insurance products, and helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most.

-- CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) --

This is considered one of our Hybrid positions - which does a little bit of everything listed above. But mainly assists our team with taking payments, processing change endorsements, and assisting customers with all of their policy needs.

-- FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST --

This is for the receptionist/secretary position for our front lobby. You would be answering phone calls, greeting customers that come in, and scheduling appointments for the team. You would also be taking payments, processing change endorsements, and assisting customers with all of their different insurance needs.
