- Prefer an associate/bachelor’s degree in mechanical CAD design.
- Experience with AutoCAD Mechanical 2020 or later.
- Experience with Inventor 2020 or later
- Working Knowledge of dimensioning and drafting standards
- Understanding of welding symbols and requirements
- Skills/experience with math, algebra, geometry skills/experience
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Microsoft Office suite programs.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects with varying priority levels.
- Knowledge of and experience with the design and fabrication of stainless steel tank/vessel
- Dependability - Our customers’ projects are important and we do what it takes to meet our production schedules.
- Skills to interact and collaborate with a wide variety of internal personnel is a must.
- Ability to problem solve, troubleshoot, prioritize and stay self-motivated.
- Ability to interact professionally, appropriately, and courteously with customers, co-workers and other outside parties is a must.
- Excellent attention to detail and a concern for quality and continuous improvement
- Excellent written and verbal skills
Safety is of utmost importance. All team members must observe safety procedures and use equipment and materials properly; must wear proper personal protective equipment while in the manufacturing area.
This role experiences minimal travel.
Direct reportsThis position reports to the Design Supervisor.
