HOLLY HUNT is a sales and service organization, as well as designer and maker of high-end interior design furniture, lighting, textiles, leather, and rugs. HOLLY HUNTS to the trade customers are interior designers and architects. 85 to 90 percent of business revenue is generated from residential purchases, while 10 to 15 percent is generated from contract, corporate or hospitality purchases.

**POSITION PROFILE**

The Contract Sales Assistant is an integral part of the Contract division. Their responsibilities are to work closely with the Contract Sales Associate, Clients, Corporate Office, and Represented Vendors to ensure the smooth processing and production of orders. The Contract Sales Assistant is also responsible for much of the logistics and customer service required for the Contract division.

**Primary Responsibilities**

* Enter new clients on customer card, collect new and update expired Resale form to turn into corporate

* Prepare detailed contract quotes

* Process credit card payments, record deposits in Navision, release orders

* Processes all checks in the Remote Deposit Capture Navision system and send checks for direct deposit

* Email rep vendor orders / Credit Card forms direct to vendors

* Double check all order packets for accuracy including:

signed order or PO is included

correct freight

make sure ship to info is complete

* Update approvals for SFAs / DFAs

* Request freight updates if ship to changes or expedited freight is required post order

* Run weekly reports, manage open orders, review hold reports, manage and track projects

* Expedite orders partnering with AM to prioritize hot orders and RDDs

* Follow up on Balance Due Notices to collect payments

* Provide tracking updates to clients

* Assist in contract sales issues (contract specifications, building/fire codes, finishes, etc.)

* Post Delivery:

Initiate customer service claims - obtain photos & create and manage project lists

Site Visits & Assessment of Customer Service Complaints

Request RA's for rep vendor returns (textiles, leather)

Expedite replacements (furniture, lighting)

Get estimates and facilitate local repairs, coordinate with clients or receiving warehouse (furniture, lighting)

Complete and submit refund request forms for overpayments

Maintain Contract sales tools, replenish client libraries upon request (tear sheets, catalogs, finish samples, etc)

Be a team player and assist clients while in showroom as needed

Required Skills **Minimum Qualifications**

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Some lifting (20-50 lbs max)

* Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook

Required Experience

* Bachelors degree required

* 1-2 years working in a retail, dealer, design, or showroom environment

* Ability to multitask
