HOLLY HUNT is a sales and service organization, as well as designer and maker of high-end interior design furniture, lighting, textiles, leather, and rugs. HOLLY HUNTS to the trade customers are interior designers and architects. 85 to 90 percent of business revenue is generated from residential purchases, while 10 to 15 percent is generated from contract, corporate or hospitality purchases.

**POSTION PROFILE:**

This role will have dual responsibilities, overseeing both the Sample Library and Inventory Coordinator responsibilities. They are responsible for filling and maintaining all memo samples, keeping inventory levels current as well as managing inventory in the showroom and maintaining the overall visual aesthetics. This is a fast-paced position, you are on your feet most of the day.

**Principal Responsibilities but not limited to:**

* Fill sample requests and order missing samples for clients

* Maintain sample room inventory; keep all inventory levels current and order samples

* Maintain fabric area on showroom floor. Merchandise fabrics, create displays, hang new items and remove discontinued items

* Maintain textile price list and all changes

* Maintain shopping bags, pencils, and memo pads and ensure sales floor is well stocked, reorder when needed

* Handle client/sales associate requests both over the phone and in person with pricing, sample request and product identification

* Maintain showroom inventory and merchandise tagging, including price changes

* Keep detailed records and receipts of consignment product including BOL, ITO, and all items sold off the floor (SSOF) in an Excel document

* Maintain upkeep and repair of showroom physical appearance to include touch-up paint, furniture movement/placement, hanging artwork, placing accessories, organizing, and maintaining showroom storages

* Oversee work of service providers to ensure job is done as contracted. (Painters, electricians, window washers, cleaning service, etc.) Report issues to Sales Manager

* Assist Outside Sale Associate by sending tear sheets, memo samples, etc., as directed to the client

* Maintain marketing and sales tools throughout the showroom and reorder when needed

* Maintain tear sheet library inventory to current levels and reorder when needed

* Order office supplies as needed

* Assure marketing materials are placed in every shopping bag and reorder materials as needed

* Acknowledge every client that comes into the showroom and answer telephones as needed

* Assist with preparations and while Creative Team visits

* Responsible for receiving and shipping out product working with Sales Manager, HH Collection and Vendors

* Maintain showroom aesthetic throughout the day which includes moving pieces for client viewing, resetting disheveled seating, return misplaced accessories

* Responsible for miscellaneous errands and deliveries if applicable

* Open and close the showroom, turning lights on/off, and ensure back door is always locked and front door is locked at end of day

Required Skills

* Ability to multitask

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

* Organized, detailed oriented, and self-driven

* Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook

Required Experience

* Bachelors degree

* 2 plus years working in retail, design, inventory or showroom visual display
