We are currently hiring for: Accounting Clerk (part-time, onsite - ideal would be 4 hours per day) The Accounting Clerk is working within our Accounts Receivable dept. Responsibilities:
Scan and reconcile documents/invoices, ensuring accuracy and clarity in the process.
Manage email correspondence, sending emails as necessary, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
Regularly check and monitor fax email inbox for new/corrected incoming orders.
Filing credits, invoices, etc.
Get confirmation on receiving checks.
Check in drivers to ensure paperwork is accurate and checks are accounted for.
Provide assistance to the back office finance team as needed.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills!
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
Candidate must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug and background screen.
