Job Overview:

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/ Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and efficiently address the needs of each caller
- Graciously check clients pets in or out.
-Clean and maintain the lobby and all common areas.
- When necessary assist in the groom room, cat room or the dog kennels
- Coordinate the movement of pets from one area of the facility to another as necessary

Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a Front Desk Receptionist, Customer Service Specialist, or similar role
- Proficient with Web Site Management, SEO, and Social Media
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarization with Gingr kennel software a big plus
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Previous work experience in a kennel, dog daycare, or Veterinarian practice is a huge plus

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
