- While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to stand and walk.
- Maintain a well-stocked and Maintained Line.
- Ensure the kitchen is stocked with fresh and properly prepped items.
- Responsible for cleanliness of all coolers. Including walk-ins and low boys.
- Responsible for following and adhering to all recipes and SOP’s.
- Ensuring all assignments are completed each shift.
- Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency and productivity.
- Will work special events as needed.

- Must be 21 years of age
- Must hold a High schooll diploma or equivalent
- Must have an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time.
- Experience of one year or more of cooking in a professional setting is preferred.
- Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager.
- Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission.
- Must be able to use a knife safely.
- Must be able to pass background check.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
- Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
