WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Directs and supervises activities of the Player Services Department during assigned shift.
• Ensures that all departmental, local, state and federal rules and gaming regulations are followed.
• Assists with training, evaluating and counseling of Player Services team members on assigned shift.
• Safeguards all Player Services assets.
• Makes credit decisions when necessary to insure uninterrupted service to credit players.
• Directly supervise front-line cage team members to include cage and main banker cashiers
• Prepare currency transaction reports
• Prepare daily cash summary
• Verify vault accountability at end of shift
• Work as a cashier and/or in the bank as needed
• Conduct individual or group pre-shift meetings with team members and provide daily positive feedback
• Understand and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies and procedures
• Make determinations regarding types of materials, supplies, or tools to be used
• Effectively and efficiently manage labor costs and staffing objectives while achieving guest satisfaction
• Understand and adhere to all bargaining unit agreements
• Comply with all reasonable requests made by management
• Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise team members in the Player Services Department.
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these team members
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training team members; Planning, assigning, and directing work; Evaluating performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; Addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or a minimum of three years’ experience in a Casino Cage department and three to five years leadership experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces

• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer and keyboarding skills and knowledge of database and spreadsheet software.
• Must be able to obtain an Ohio Gaming License. Must successfully complete C.A.R.E. training certification course.
• Experience with all Cage machines and tools, 10-key calculator by touch. Good math skills.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand or walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The team member is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The team member is occasionally required to sit. The team member occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and color vision.
• While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
