Holman Logistics Option 2 is Hiring an Administrative Assistant (Warehouse) Near Conway, AR

Wages: $16.00 - $19.00/hr DOE

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizes and maintains office area to present a neat and professional appearance.
  • Prepares letters, memos, reports, procedures, etc., as required by General Manager or Operations Manager.
  • Completes day-to-day administrative items (e.g. data entry, expense reports, filing).
  • Answers telephone calls and takes messages, Provides information to callers tactfully and diplomatically.
  • Assists others with administrative projects and performs miscellaneous duties as needed.
  • Processes time-sensitive packages to shipping sources (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) when necessary.
  • Makes copies of documents/reports, etc.
  • Manages office supplies and submits supply orders as needed.
  • Manages office machines and coordinates repairs with vendors.
  • Performs information research for Management Staff as needed.
  • Maintains cleanliness of conference room and assists as needed for preparation of meetings.
  • Reliable attendance at scheduled shifts.
  • Performs all duties in conformance with appropriate safety and security standards.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned or needed.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Paperwork - Completion - Ability to complete necessary paperwork neatly and accurately and according to established guidelines. Properly count, document, or scan the number of units as needed by the function that is being performed.
  • Paperwork - Verification - Ability to verify paperwork necessary to ensure inventory count is correct.
  • Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
  • Detail Oriented - Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task and prioritize tasks. Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical Skills - Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.
  • Research Skills - Ability to design and conduct a systematic, objective, and critical investigation.
  • Accountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred
  • Experience: One (1) to two (2) years related office experience preferred
  • Computer Skills: Intermediate personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. Strong working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word, Ability to master internal computer systems.
