Holmes Security Systems is Hiring a Sales Consultant (Outside) Near Fayetteville, NC

We seek a motivated Outside Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Fayetteville, NC. This role is pivotal in driving our company's growth by helping residents and small businesses create customized life safety and security solutions for their peace of mind. You will be charged with enhancing our sales initiatives and expanding our customer base through strategic efforts. If you are a people person with a can-do attitude and exceptional verbal and written communication skills, we should talk.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and qualify prospects to exceed your goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Close sales and achieve sales goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technology, and products
  • Achieve/Surpass goals
  • Maintain and organize leads/prospects and manage time efficiently
  • Collaborate with manager and teammates to ensure success as an individual and as a team
  • Immerse yourself in the community and local organizations

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and drive
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Computer Savvy
  • 2 years of sales experience preferred, but we are willing to train
