Job Summary:
The Field Service Technician I provides face-to-face customer service located at an off-site location and is responsible for minor troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning of various light and heavy industrial rental equipment.
The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis:
