RequirementsThis position requires a self-motivated, thoughtful individual with a high energy level who is able to work alone or with others in a shop environment
- Must have at least 3 years of painting experience in an oil field or industrial setting which includes paint prep, sanding, sand-blasting and washing of equipment required
- Must be capable of performing complex painting services in a correct manner
- May involve some minor assembly of painted components
- Must adhere to safety guidelines
- Must be self-motivated and able to work in a team or individual
- Must have a steady work history
- Able to lift 60-lbs., approximately 15 times a day
- Able to stand, and walk for extended periods during the work day
- Able to bend and reach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent attendance required
- Must be able to work in a shop environment
- Must have a valid driver license
- High school diploma or GED
