Responsibilities As a Foreman

• Supervising a crew of 2-3 members.
• Planning and executing efficient work orders.
• Identifying and troubleshooting job site issues.
• Ensuring high-quality work.
• Maintaining a positive and professional company image on-site.

Requirements For Foreman

• Minimum 2 years of experience in utility construction/telephone cable placement in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding telephone and CATV prints.
• Willingness to travel within the state (primarily Northeastern WI) Monday-Friday with weekend returns.
• Valid driver's license (Class A CDL preferred/able to obtain).
• Training in utility safety standards.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
