Job Description: CDL Utility Construction Laborer
DutiesAs a CDL Utility Construction Laborer with Holtger Bros. Inc., you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to the successful completion of telecommunications projects. Your duties may include:

• Transporting, loading, and unloading equipment
• Locating existing utilities
• Preparing cable routes and feeding cable
• Safely securing job sites
• Operating various equipment
• Restoring job sites upon project completion

The Physically Challenging Nature of the Work
Get ready for physically demanding work that will keep you active and engaged. Expect to be on your feet for 8-10 hours daily, digging trenches, shoveling dirt, spooling and unspooling cable, and more.
Qualifications And RequirementsTo qualify for a position with Holtger Bros. Inc., candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Willingness to travel within the state of WI (primarily Eastern WI) Monday through Friday
• Possession of a Class A CDL (or a standard driver's license for entry-level roles)
• An insurance-acceptable driving record
