The technology department of Holwell Shuster & Goldberg has an opening for a technical support specialist. The specialist will provide front-line technical support services for all firm personnel in a friendly and professional manner. This position is considered in-office and the specialist will be expected to come into the office 5 days per week.
Base Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 (DOE)
Job Responsibilities
- Providing end-user support services, troubleshooting assistance, and problem resolution via telephone, remote desktop connection, and visits to user locations
- Identify and resolve basic network connectivity issues
- Support end users’ utilization of Microsoft Office and other standard software applications
- Support and maintain office printers
- Assist with the technical setup for user’s desks and other workspaces
- Provide support and regular testing for firm conference and audio-visual equipment
- Work on special projects as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and provide high quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to carry mildly heavy equipment across spaces in the office. Approx. 50 lbs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and an aptitude for technical concepts.
Experience
- Knowledge or experience with Windows 11, Office 365 and Office desktop products
- Any experience with SharePoint support would be a plus
- Knowledge or experience with iOS and Android devices
