Role Description

The position is for the full-time Principal position at the Christian Day School. The Principal is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the school, including overseeing curriculum development, leading the faculty and staff, ensuring the safety and well-being of students, and fostering a positive learning environment. The Principal is expected to work collaboratively with administrators of the organization including, among others, the Senior Pastor and Board of Directors. This is an on-site role located in North Miami, FL.

Qualifications

• Experience in an educational leadership role;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional best practices;
• Ability to manage others and foster a collaborative and encouraging work environment;
• Passion for working with students and supporting their academic and personal growth;
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with parents, staff, and community stakeholders
• Master's degree in Education or related field and holds appropriate professional certification
