A Brief OverviewAn individual who has great interpersonal skills, is passionate about health and wellness, loves being around people, and has customer engagement and sales experience. Responsible for membership sales, retention, front desk operations, and client service management. Responsible for Membership Sales and Retention
Provides Facility tours
Manages phone, email and online inquiries
Tracks and manages members accounts including, freezes, cancellations and expirations
Front desk operations
Staff scheduling
Compliance with front desk policies
Onboarding and training new employees
Education Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Experience Qualifications
Previous fitness and/or health and wellness experience preferred and
1-3 years Minimum of 1 year management experience required and
Availability to work evenings and weekends required
Licenses and Certifications
CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation required and
AED Certification required
