A Brief Overview

Responsible for membership sales, retention, front desk operations, and client service management.

Responsible for Membership Sales and Retention

• Provides Facility tours
• Manages phone, email and online inquiries
• Tracks and manages members accounts including, freezes, cancellations and expirations

Front desk operations

• Staff scheduling
• Compliance with front desk policies
• Onboarding and training new employees

Education Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

Experience Qualifications

• Previous fitness and / or health and wellness experience preferred and
• 1-3 years Minimum of 1 year management experience required and
• Availability to work evenings and weekends required

Licenses and Certifications

• CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation required and
• AED Certification required
