We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and working with young children, as well as a strong understanding of child development. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. They will also be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, assessing student progress, and communicating with parents.

Responsibilities:

• Collobrate with peers.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that are age-appropriate and meet the Archdiocese of Louisville Early Childhood Standards, with a focus on the 4c's.
• Create a positive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and problem-solving.
• Provide a classroom environment that encourages positive behaviors and interactions where discipline is rarely needed.
• Maintain a safe and healthy classroom environment.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members.
• Encourage children to express themselves through art, music, and other activities.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents.

Experience:

• Early childhood education: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree or CDA (Required)
