Holy Spirit Catholic School is seeking qualified candidates for the receptionist position for the 2024-2025 school year. Candidates should have experience working in a busy office, have strong interpersonal skills, enjoy working with children, and be a great multi tasker.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer phones
- Answer doors and sign in visitors
- Handle supply orders and getting the appropriate approval
- Maintain employee leave requests for the principal
- Track substitute hours for the principal
- Be the first point of contact for the parents both in person and over the phone
- Make copies for the teachers
- Additional duties as assigned
