Responsibilities:

• Craft optimal care schedules using industry-standard software(On Shift).
• Manage staffing needs and communicate any concerns.
• Oversee staffing paperwork and ensure compliance with facility policies.
• Recruit and onboard new care team members.
• Track employee attendance and address any issues.
• Assist with securing coverage during staffing shortages.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma is required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Prior caregiving experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling software is a must.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional on-call and weekends.
