Summary

The Field Runner will play a crucial role in ensuring our properties are well-maintained and ready for showings. This position involves regular travel to various properties, installing lockboxes, and maintaining clear communication with sellers. If you enjoy being on the move and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Visit properties to perform routine checks
• Install and remove lockboxes on properties
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and trainings.
• Become familiar with PLACE Technology.
• Ensure properties are in show-ready condition
• Communicate effectively with sellers regarding property status
• Assist with coordinating property maintenance and repairs as needed
• Deliver marketing materials to properties
• Take photographs and create property reports
• Assist the real estate team with various field tasks as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus but not required
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Hold a California Real Estate license
