Our fast paced Furniture Retail Company is in search of an Operations Manager. Experienced in all aspects of the day to day Operations, Warehousing, Customer Service, Logistics, Sales and Marketing.

- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in multi-location Operations Management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Proficient in analyzing financial data and making data-driven decisions

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement strategies to improve processes and optimize performance
- Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Monitor sales activities and develop strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
- Oversight of all buildings, vehicles, offices, and staff ensuring all equipment, vehicles, tools and stores are functioning properly
- Analyze financial data and make recommendations to improve profit margins
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
