Compensation:$65,000 - $80,000 per year Commission

Our team is searching for a driven and energetic Full cycle Recruiter to join our team! We support a family of business that relies on a lot of clinicians to support patients who are receiving healthcare services at home and in facilities.If you have prior experience recruiting Caregivers, Nurses, Therapists, and other office staff, we encourage you to apply!

Recruiter Overview:

  • Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for home care caregivers and select additional roles
  • Responsible for role-related advertising, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and offering
  • Work collaboratively with hiring managers to evaluate candidates, processes, and fine-tune hiring efforts
  • Make recommendations and adjustments to ensure the most collaborative hiring and onboarding procedures for each brand
  • Contribute ideas towards multiple companies and departments to improve processes

Recruiter Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills are a must-have
  • Proven ability to plan and prioritize your work week
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve hiring metrics and project goals
  • A degree in Communications, Psychology, or related field is required
  • Healthcare industry knowledge is ideal
  • Experience in a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition environment is preferred
