Responsibilities :

• Assist clients with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide exceptional companionship, building strong, familial bonds with clients.
• Monitor and record clients’ vital signs and health status, providing timely updates to the nursing team.
• Accompany clients to appointments or outings, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Qualifications :

• Current CNA certification with a proven track record of compassionate care.
• Experience in home health, long-term care, or a similar setting is preferred.
