Job Summary:
Home Health Works is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aide/CNA to join our team in Newport Richey. This individual will provide exceptional care and support to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary in the healthcare/medical field in Clearwater, Florida.
Compensation & Benefits:
The Aide/CNA position at Home Health Works offers a salary range of $17 to $19 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance. 

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and assistance to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record patient's vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse
- Administer medication and assist with medical treatments as directed by the supervising nurse
- Communicate with patients and their families to ensure their needs are being met and address any concerns
- Document all patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and report any potential hazards or issues to the supervising nurse
- Adhere to all legal, ethical, and regulatory standards and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Continuously strive to enhance your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and education opportunities
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare setting, home health experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients and their families
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
