This is an extended shift, live-in specific position for 3 or 4 days per week. Weekend/Weekdays available.

Parkinson's and Dementia experience required. Must have own transportation and be able to commute to Scottsdale, Paradise Valley or Fountain Hills areas. Must be professional, reliable, caring, with good communication skills and a team-player.

• Provide In-Home companionship, activities, meal preparation, personal care such as bathing/toileting, medication reminders and light housekeeping

Requirements:

• Dementia Experience
• Parkinson's Experience
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Reliable Transportation

• Prior home care experience- minimum 2 years
• Fingerprint Clearance Card
