What will I be doing at Rec & Royal?
The audio visual tech is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day functions of the audiovisual equipment. Accountable for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of all audiovisual equipment.
- Keep audio and visual equipment clean and working order.
- Executing live technical show elements including, audio, lighting, and other show elements as directed.
- Ensure nightly/weekly and opening/running/closing duties are completed.
- Timely and accurate set-up of equipment for recurring events and special client functions.
- Light and sound maintenance.
- Ensure nightly/weekly and opening/running/closing duties are completed.
- Other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.
- High School Diploma preferred.
- 18 years of age.
- Minimum of one years’ experience in the AV industry.
- Advances knowledge and experience with AV set-ups.
- Certification in AV technology or related courses (preferred).
- Work as a team, stay organized, multi-task, and prioritize.
Hourly compensation is based on experience. This position will require working midweek shifts, weekends, holidays, and late evening shifts.
