Small construction company looking for experienced carpenters/craftsmen. My goal is to find experienced carpenters working in high-end residential and responsible enough to work alone or be a part of a crew. Preference will be given to any individuals speaking English/ Spanish. In addition to the Carpenter position, I am also looking for prospects to fill carpenter helper spots. You will be expected to fulfill the project needs as a lead carpenter, to become the lead supervisor after building a team beside you. I am a boots-on-the-ground owner with over 30 years of experience in the trade. We have a lot of work on the horizon and we intend to stay very busy. I am open to different scheduling options and pay is based on experience and the position filled. I will pay top dollar for the right person who is looking to grow with the company.
